AI: A New Approach
Based on learning subsystems rather than entire vehicles.
This approach allows for:
- improved detection and identification of enemy vehicles
- greater effectiveness in cases of camouflage, masking, and heavy modifications to known vehicles.
The subsystems currently identified are the gun, machine gun, turret, cupola, tracks (front, radial), wheel, windshield/window, grille, and chassis/body.
The vehicles currently being processed are trucks/vans, 4x4s, light armored vehicles, heavy armored vehicles, tanks, and truck chassis + armament.
